How to get help

Email hello@ohsht.app for anything — bug reports, incorrect listings, privacy questions, accessibility feedback, or anything else. There's no phone line or live chat right now.

What support can help with

What support can't do

Because OhSht has no accounts, there's no login to recover, no profile to reset, and no purchase history to look up. Most requests are handled at the content or technical level rather than tied to an individual identity.

Response times

As a solo-founder operation, there's no guaranteed response time or 24/7 coverage yet. We read and respond to every message personally, typically within a few business days. Thank you for your patience — it's what keeps OhSht able to stay independent and privacy-first.
